Who We Are

With over 40 years of experience in the design, development and use of career planning software, our FOCUS 2 team consists of Counseling and Industrial/Organizational Psychologists, Human Resource Management specialists, Career Educators and College and High School Educators. Our team works closely with every partner to provide an exceptional level of service to support implementation and use of our systems.

Professional Memberships include NACE, NCDA, EACE, SoACE, MPACE, MWACE, American Psychological Association, American School Counselors Association, National Association of Certified College Planners.

Frank Minor, Ph.D. Frank was highly respected in his field and recognized as one of the early pioneers in the field of career development and planning. Through research and technological innovation, Frank laid the groundwork for modern personalized career planning tools and developed the world’s first computerized career planning system. An outstanding intellectual with the highest standards for conducting research and an eloquent writer, Frank contributed to the understanding of how computers can be used by people to increase productivity and enhance people’s careers and promote education and career development.
